Self Care for Pride Month

Earlier this month our MaMassage owner/founder Kiera Nagle ran the Brooklyn Pride 5K- here's her WHY:

🏳️‍🌈 Because I was @prospect_park last year when it was happening and it looked like so much fun!
🏳️‍🌈 Because I wanted to support a sober & wellness oriented Pride event!

🏳️‍🌈 Because it's something my introvert self could do alone, together 🤣
🏳️‍🌈 Because I wanted to push outside my fitness comfort zone- I never ran a 5K (or really ran at all since high school) and I wanted to see if I could do it- and I did! Not with the fastest time, surely, but from start to finish without stopping (ok I walked for a min or too on the hill 🤣
🏳️‍🌈 Because I like to move my body outside in nature !
🏳️‍🌈 Because it's important to celebrate Pride and queer bodies in ways that feel good to us!
